i usually go to Take 5 for my oil changes however the last time i went they told me that the plastic oil canister had melted in the heat and they couldn’t get it off or perform the oil change. they told me i should take the car to a mechanic. (i later found out that Take 5 was using the wrong tool to try and remove the canister and almost did more damage to it) so i decided to try and go to Mavis because i had used them before for brakes and tires but never an oil change. I didn’t get the guys name I dealt with, but he was truly a blessing. I went in thinking I needed a plug for a nail in my tire before returning home to Georgia. He got my car on in after I told him we were headed home. Turns out there were two nails and I was told I was going to need a new tire. He went out and checked it himself (I’m guessing he was the manager), came back in to ensure me it could be repaired. The service was exceptional, you could really tell how much they care about people. I highly recommended this place

Gary went above and beyond with his exceptional customer service—he was professional, friendly, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about making sure customers leave happy, but Gary exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing tires or auto service. Ask for Gary—he’s the best!
