I brought in a loose wheel and new tire for mounting and balancing. I had to wait about 15 minutes to speak to a representative . I was asked if I was going to leave my vehicle. I told them it was from another vehicle and I just wanted it changed out. I was then asked many irrelevant questions while the customer service representative’s took several calls adding to the time it took get this done. Amazing! This was my first visit at this location. Skylar and Mike were friendly, attentive and explained everything going on with my car! They also got me in and out in a timely manner. I will definitely be back they earned my business!
Mavis - Gulf to Bay - best place! Chris is the nicest and helped me get on my way fast. Traveling out of state and they got my car in right away without costing a fortune.
These guys helped me with my flat tire the day before MILTON! Will forever be grateful to these guys !!
