Absolutely do not go to this place. They take advantage of the unknowing. A simple tire change ended up costing $200 for a lot more than asked for. And how bout that oil change at 1400 miles. Shouldn't it be more like 3000 miles. Seniors are taken advantage of every day. I'm calling this place out.
Kept putting us for a freakin tire plug.. was sent away 3 times for 45 mins. We said we’ll go somewhere else and we did. Yeah Goodyear they know customer service. They helped us right away and we were gone in 30 mins!!!!!!!!
Went for an oil change. Of course they are going to tell there is this and that wrong and can fix it everything before the end of the day , but can’t get the oil changed in two hours. Go figure.
Terrible customer service! Broke my daughter’s hubcaps and I had to go back and confront the manger about it.
