5 STARS ⭐️ Hands down the friendliest place! I came in for an oil change without an appointment so I expected to wait. They were very apologetic for my wait and so nice. They pay attention to detail and found that I had 2 nails in 2 tires!! They don’t try to up-charge and work with you to find the most affordable option. Had an appt this morning at 1130... it is now 1650 and they close in 10 minutes and my vehicle is just now being pulled to the back for service. I was called at 1400 and told that they were behind and were just now pulling my vehicle back.... what’s the point of appointments? Shame on me for coming back after my last experience. I do not recommend this place
The employees were professional but the service there needs help. It’s the corporation not the employees that work there. I called and ask about putting on brake pads. I made an appt for 8:00 in the morning. Guy said it would only take 1 to 2 hours. Was there before 8 and left car. Called around 10 to check the status and they hadn’t even taken my car back. Said I was next and they were taking it in. So at 11 I went up there and my car had not moved from where I parked it at 8 that morning. Talked to manager and he said that... read more
Went in had such a sweet lady help me and she was very professional and told me pull on over to the side no wait or nothing to check my tires ! Karisma was the best !!!
Dropped car off 4 hours before my appointment time was told they would have it done within the next hour I go to savannah with a friend and to the dr. Get back at 410. Car hadn’t been moved and was told would be next in the mean time the guy comes n gets me to find the tire key to get the tires off. Takes me to the shop area and my car is up in the rack he is asking where and told him in the tire well. He can’t even get into the car. It’s on the rack. Pulled up about 45 minutes prior to closing. I didn’t know my tire was almost flat until my light came on. My tire needed plugged. They took me right away and got me in and out. The technician was very nice and personable. Thank you so much. My son and I made it to our event in Statesboro right on time. Can’t imagine if we were on road when this happened. Thanks again!
