I just have to say the staff at Kauffman are great. Everybody is friendly, very welcoming. Especially the young lady at the desk Jackie careful she is very knowledgeable friendly and just a friendly people person. I would go back just for her knowledge and People skills. Overall 9/10 in my book.

RecommendedGreat Customer Service. The Manager is very knowledgeable and the front desk was very friendly. The waiting area is very nice and comfortable. My vehicle was serviced quicker than I expected. Over all I was impressed and felt satisfied.

Not only did they come in $170 cheaper than competitors in the area, they finished our car by 8 pm when we dropped it off after 6 pm and weren’t expecting to get it back until the next day. Will definitely give them our business again! They valued our time and business.
Brought my vehicle here to have the AC serviced. It was extremely over serviced which caused a valve to fail. Took it to another shop to fix that and spent over $350. I won’t be returning or recommending Kauffman Tire in Pooler.
Amazing service! Ashton was able to get me in and out in less than 10 minutes with my issue. He really turned a bad situation into something good. Definitely will recommend them over some other tire places in Pooler that are over priced and have zero customer service.
this place is amazing always trying to help the customers EXTREMELY friendly staff this is the only place I take my car! if I knew how to give stars I'd give 5 stars!
wouldn't even let a family of 4 with a disabled child change a tire in their parking lot, after saying over the phone they would see them and replace their tires. made them drive out of the parking lot on a busted tire and rim. They told my family who was out of town to visit that they could help them and they drove 3 miles down the road on a flat to get there just for them to say we can not help you and you can not change that to a donut on our property.
