I think companies are defined by how they handle a problem when it happens. I had a problem with not one but two alignments. It cost me two sets of tires and I still have the same problem. They have no problem taking your money but when they overlook something and it causes a problem you're on your own. I will never give my hard earned money again to this tire store who whats to be mechanic shop ever again. Everytime I take my car for the free tire rotation, I am told I need new rear shocks. I had them checked out and they were fine. Another time I was told the battery was bad. I took it somewhere else and the battery was good. They didn't clean the erosion off the battery. The staff doesn't call when the car is done and they are not friendly.
the mgr is a nice man. they are working hard to take care of several walkin customers.

Called this morning and inquired about a oil change and alignment . The price was good and the rep on the phone said the wait time would be under a hour . I showed up 10 minutes later and was told 1.5 hours . When I told them their phone rep said under a hour one of the employees rudely stated “you didn’t talk to us “ . I left and will be going somewhere else . I think this is a location issue and not a company issue . We used the location on Peachtree parkway a day earlier and they were awesome . Had my iPhone stolen from this location. Employee went through my car to find the concealed phone then management denied it and refused to speak with me about it. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Beware
