I previously gave them a good rating but after yesterday, I will NOT be going back! I called after 3 hrs of them having my car, for them to say my tires didn't come in. Work on your customer service! Rude and misleading about prices.
We have used this location for years. Today will probably be the last time. I arrived at 8:30 for a 9 appt for oil change and tire rotation. It's noon and I am still here after being told it would take about an hour and a half. This is ridiculous. Why offer an appointment if you cannot or will not honor it?

I visited Kauffman around 3:20pm for them to check my tires for leaks. I told the guy at the counter that I had just put air in my tires and my Low Air sensor light went off, but came back on shortly after driving. I asked if they could check my tires for leaks/damage. He immediately asked me if I have had to add air to my tires frequently. I had not and explained my issue again. He said that they “ would be happy to check it out”. Left my car for oil change & oil leak was told it would be a few hours however they kept my car a day & 1/2 never called to say it was ready and never fixed the oil leak not sure if they even changed the oil. The manager Devon is very unprofessional and the female manager misinformed me on services they provide. Their staff is clearly not on the same page and their customer service sucks. Was told a regional mgr would call but he never did. Take you business elsewhere!
Buyers Beware. We went to Kauffman Tire in Douglasville to get 4 new tires on our truck. We left with $700 worth of damage to our truck rim and they refuse to fix the damage after admitting it was their fault! We have only purchased our tires from Kauffman over the last 6 years. We waited over a month for them to order the replacement rim, only for them to tell us that they decided it wasn’t their fault and they never ordered it. Poor customer service all the way around. Damaged one of my wheels on my truck replacing the tire and then claimed it was curb rash. Refused to replace it. So after some emails and a call from the regional manager they decided to do the right thing. We will see.
I am so grateful I found Kauffman Tire! The people who work there are so friendly, and so helpful. You can tell customer satisfaction is a top priority with them. I've been there about 4 times with different problems with my car lately, and each time I've been there I walk out TOTALLY satisfied! They always take great care of me. I highly recommend them! Thank you, Kauffman Tire, y'all are amazing!
