Apparently ran over a nail and rear tire started to leak. Two men in your store were of great help. First to add air and see if there was indeed a problem. And after discovering the nail, said that it could be fixed but due to heavy workload, it would take about 4 hours or more. I had to wait because I could not take chance of flat in morning. I have bought tires in past when they were Kauffman tire. Not sure what changed but they are well understaffed. Schedule an appointment and still takes all day to complete work. This type of customer service starts at the top.
Gave thisplace a second try after a bad experience in October only to be let down again! Had 2 tires installed and balanced and cant go over 65 without horrible vibration. Came to have them check it out and been waiting over 2 hours! Excuse is there is a compact car on the heavy duty lift they need. This will be the last visit I make here to have my company van worked on! This place does nothing but end up costing me money every time! I would not recommend this place to anyone. My husband arrived at 10:12am for an oil change and tire balance. At 1p, they called me and said the truck needed brakes, so I asked how much would it be for everything-I was quoted $640 and told them to call my husband. Long story short, they did not get finished with our vehicle until 6:30!!! They never gave my husband any updates as to why it was taking so long. RecommendedAwesome experience at Mavis Discount Tire! They knew I was two hours and another state away from home when my brake cylinder went out. By chance I found their store and I am so thankful. They worked hard to get my brakes fixed and ready to go before closing hours so I could get back home. Thanks guys! I wish I lived closer so I could make you my new car shop.
Worst experience ever. They had my truck since since Sunday at 11:00am and I got it back Tuesday at 5:30pm. When I got there Monday at 3:00pm the lady working at the front told me it would be ready in 2 hours, I sat there until 7:00pm when they finally pulled my truck in to work on it again. I left at 8:30 pm and had to leave my truck there with them. They still couldn’t get it aligned rite Tuesday. They left black finger prints all over it and got grease on my front seat.
