RecommendedA pleasure to deal with this company. One of our slider doors shattered. After contacting several other glass companies, we were directed to call Kauffman Glass. From the first phone call to the completion of the job the entire staff were courteous, compassionate and truly professional. The installers took extra time to thoroughly clean up all areas where glass broke. We could not be more pleased and highly recommend them.
Had mirrored bi fold doors installed in master bedroom. It was not even a year when they began catching and difficult to close. Was told not warranted so $165 service call to come out and "look at it". Again- not even a year when problems started. I guess I could understand if it had been a few years of heavy use. But I'm the only one who opens/closes the doors and not even that often. I do not think they were installed properly.
