Deb Kaufman has misdiagnosed me and my husband over 3 times. The staff seems unable to schedule an MRI (took them 5 weeks to call me). In that time I'd waited, I'd gone to a specialist who got me in right away for the MRI and treatment. When I asked them why it took 5 weeks she said nastily "then you don't want the MRI?" I said No and she hung up on me. I believe her name is Renee. Don't waste your time on Deb or her office staff
Debra Kauffman has a very friendly bedside manner and has been thorough in her evaluation of whatever medical issues my family has had. She has always made us feel welcome, and we are well pleased with her medical advice and service.
