I placed an order and put a down payment on a garage last October. Left a message 3 times and spoke with Heather once within the last three weeks, asking what the status is, and haven’t received a callback yet. I am disappointed in your customer service. I reached out about a building for a run in shelter for my horses. Heather immediately responded with information with specs and described the quality of their buildings. I found an option through Marketplace that provided me with the exact building I needed at a great price. I asked if they could move a private owned shed. She quickly responded with YES they can!. I was very impressed with the quality of the craftmanship that went into building the shed I ordered. I also enjoyed saving some money through their cash payment policy. Everyone I met was extremely helpful and friendly through the whole process from ordering to delivery. If you are looking to purchase a shed in the future, consider Kauffman Building!
Kauffman Building has been our go-to builder for many years now. First a garage, then a cabin at our camp and even an addition to our home. This time it was a 10 x 16 shed and we are thoroughly pleased again. I can't say enough about how professional, courteous and friendly this company is from top to bottom. Definitely the best in the business as far as I'm concerned!!
