Kauffman shed looks so neat on our land!
5 star for the build quality, communication wasn't that great, after they got my deposit it was silence, I wasn't given any options, I feel a sit down with drawing and samples would have been much better, the crew was good but left garbage everywhere even after asked not to, the site work that i had to hire another company to do was left in ruins, there are leaks in the wall and under the garage doors, all in all for the sheer expense I dont feel like I got what I wanted out of this very expensive endeavor,
Purchased a 14x33 shed from them. They did a great job leveling the site and laying the foundation. I give the gentleman that delivered the shed and put it on the foundation a lot of credit. The ground was very muddy and it wasn't easy to unload the shed on the foundation. Great job!! And the shed looks great.
Terrific job by the Kauffman Building crew! I had to have an on-site construction complete and the crew was amazing, great service by the sales team too!
I placed an order and put a down payment on a garage last October. Left a message 3 times and spoke with Heather once within the last three weeks, asking what the status is, and haven’t received a callback yet. I am disappointed in your customer service. UPDATE: I received a call from Darwin minutes after making my post and not only was he apologetic but he hadn’t received my messages.
