Not only did Scott Kauffman take almost two years to come to me with a settlement, but he also offered me only $3,500 for months of being out of work, and continued pain and suffering to this day. I hired Scott Kauffman’s firm to defend me from a woman who blamed me for a collision with her car. I was certain that I was not to blame, but she was very aggressive, and filed a claim against me with my insurance company. Scott went to the scene of the collision, did research that proved that she was to blame. The insurance company dropped the claim, which was the end of this potential nightmare.
