Yoga with Joy was relaxing and rejuvenating. It was great way to start the day.
Joy is a great yoga teacher with positive energy. She offers a wide variety of modifications for injuries and all levels of yoga experience. So glad we practiced twice on our vacation.
We enjoyed two classes with Joy while staying at Koloa Landing resort. We all left feeling stretched out and refreshed.
