Love these classes! My friend took me and now my husband and I go! Such a good positive place to be. These people are friendly and helpful. My husband had a hip surgery Jennifer made it so comfortable and is so welcoming. I’m hooked

Randon is by far, hands down, the best trainer and physical therapist that I have ever worked with. I was into health and fitness my whole life in California and have done PT with several physical therapists on this island. Training with Randon has given me my life back! Randon is fantastic. I was diagnosed with Degenerative Disc Disease a year ago. The pain and stiffness has gone away, for the most part, as I continue the attend PT appts and do easy stretches at home. The staff are so nice. Give them a call!
Randon is very knowledgeable and has been extremely helpful at assisting me to get my range of motion and flexibility back. I highly recommend him!
