Loved this class. The studio is so aesthetic, warm, and really inviting from the moment you walk in. The instructor was very experienced. Everything was explained clearly, the flow made sense, and I felt challenged in the best way. He was also super kind and encouraging, which made it feel comfortable and not intimidating at all! Such a good experience, I’ll definitely be back.

Going to a 6am Pilates reformer classes for about 5 months now says a lot because I am definitely NOT a morning person, even my husband is amazed. 😂 But getting my workout done first thing in the morning has been the best way to just get it out of the way and start the day feeling accomplished. You guys get a 5 every time I’m taking a class. Five Stars for an Exceptional Studio! I cannot say enough good things about this Pilates studio. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear they pride themselves on maintaining an immaculate, clean environment with top-tier, exceptionally well-maintained equipment. I discovered Kauai Therapy and Wellness when I was looking for reformer pilates classes my husband and I could take while visiting the island. This is a really nice studio, friendly classes, expert instruction and options for beginners and advanced students alike. Besides pilates, they have an excellent physical therapy setup so my husband and I both took advantage of the red light therapy, too. We visit Kauai frequently and I will definitely come back to this studio on future trips.

Doing physical therapy with Randon and taking up Pilates at his studio has been a life changing experience. It is simply one of the best things I have ever done for my well being. Do yourself a favor and go check it out, you’ll be glad you did!
