Randon is by far, hands down, the best trainer and physical therapist that I have ever worked with. Randon is fantastic. I was diagnosed with Degenerative Disc Disease a year ago. The pain and stiffness has gone away, for the most part, as I continue the attend PT appts and do easy stretches at home. The staff are so nice. Give them a call!

I decided to jump start the year with a 3 week fitness and nutrition program and it did not disappoint! I am well on the way to reaching my fitness goals with the help of Dr Randon and his team of physical therapy and fitness professionals.
