You can tell immediately that they prioritize top-tier ingredients—the raw fish was exceptionally fresh, melt-in-your-mouth tender, and full of natural flavor. They deserve 6 ⭐️’s for the food! Incredible sushi and friendly service from Haru & Chef James. Don’t wait, just get here. You will not be disappointed. We’ve dined at very expensive sushi restaurants, and not one of them are better quality than Kauai Sushi Station! My only very minor suggestion … get those little propeller fans for each table to keep the flies from being annoying!
