"Smokey" was a little leery to see someone come to the door, but when night came, his kennel was the place to be vs looking for a cool spot on the floor in front of the fan ! We called to get a compressor replaced that was under warranty and they immediately shot us down and told us they were not taking more customers. Who doesn't take business? No explanation and poor customer service. They must not care fro their business.
