My husband went in to purchase a certain Harley. He hasn't had one in years, so we wanted to make sure it was one that he truly liked. Unfortunately, the sales team did not seem professional at all. With a lack of care when it comes to the costumers. We kept trying to explain what we were looking for, but after being ignored we gave up and left. Being locals to Kauai, its unfortunate to see this especially when the manager is local. The bikes were nice, but I dont us coming back again.
Had nothing but bad experiences for years at this Dealership in the sales department. Sad to say to this day I would not purchase a Motorcycle from this dealership. I respect Honor Honosty and Integrity.
