I could not get over how unhelpful the urology department was for Wilcox urology department of HPH. I called just to get some information on UTIs in older men. They were rude. They acted like this was a consult on a patient of theirs which it wasn’t and they were the most unhelpful group of people I have ever talked to unbelievable and unprofessional.

The emergency room staff were terrific! They were attentive and caring. The attending physician, Dr Luke Metzker, was absolutely the best. I wish he were my primary care doctor. I cannot say enough about their thoroughness and thoughtfulness. Kauai is lucky to have a staff like that on the island.
