I experienced the same thing..he won't answer my phone after receiving the check..he did replied text after I texted and called several times..saying he received my document but it has been 3 days and he has not served the document yet..im getting worried
After using other process servers who were unable to locate the apposing party, Kauai Legal Servicing found and served him right away. Wish I used them from the start.
We spoke with Josh who eventually served our document. However, he would not return our calls nor emails. Very off-putting and unprofessional. We would not use him again. There are other nicer, more responsive process servers who deserve the business instead.
