Little factory shop, but people there were incredibly friendly and gave us loads of free samples to help us choose what to buy
Love Kauai Kookie Factory! Always a favorite and must stop.
Unlike what others have stated they did have samples available when I visited on a Friday. They even had a sign that stated samples were available upon request. Ended up buying a number of items but can’t say how their prices compare to buying these outside the factory store.
We were in Kauai and wanted to ship these local cookies back to the mainland. Decided it was best to go directly to the factory. After trying several free samples and talking to the staff, we decided to ship a box of their best selling cookies back home. We ordered 12 boxes to be shipped back. Those cookies arrived in a nicely packaged box and made it back before we did! Such great customer service. And the cookies are great with coffee. Support this cute local business!
