I recently purchased new carpeting for my bedroom. There are so many choices to consider, and Bill was patient in helping me evaluate the merits of each. Josue did the installation. He was very personable and did an excellent job of assisting with furniture moves, installing the carpet, and leaving things neat and clean, all in just a few hours.
Readily available upfront about all details knowledgable about all flooring products. Installers very nice guys very helpful got the job done in the time frame specified. Communicated well throughout the process Trustworthy

Installed new floors for $30K (great). One board was defective. Took a year for them to agree to replace it. During repairs, it took them 8 hours to replace one board and they ruined 3 additional boards in the process. They agreed to come and redo the work... they used boards that were off-color and have huge gaps. Impossible to get a hold of anyone to actually do anything and the owner apparently has no idea how bad their business is being mismanaged. Customer lost. Do better. Care more.
