We just had Kauai Flooring & Interiors install new carpeting in our upstairs loft in Wailua Homesteads. We are so happy with the product, the customer service, the great communication and flexibility of this company. Special thanks to Matthew for his assistance and kindness, as well as Shannon and Bill. A big Mahalo to Josh who installed the carpet and did a fantastic job! We remodeled our master bathroom, having a tub/shower configuration replaced with a tiled, walk in shower. We also replaced the old floor tiles. Russell was fantastic. His work is very professional and he also made several excellent suggestions that enhanced the project. Everything he did had just a little extra touch and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. Plus he was a delight to work with. We will definitely use Kauai Flooring and Interiors for future projects.
Needed new stair noses and the color was discontinued. Bill worked like crazy to get me a color that was in stock. Jonah, the owner did a great job of installing them. A true pro. Everyone that works there is very nice too.
I recently purchased new carpeting for my bedroom. There are so many choices to consider, and Bill was patient in helping me evaluate the merits of each. Josue did the installation. He was very personable and did an excellent job of assisting with furniture moves, installing the carpet, and leaving things neat and clean, all in just a few hours.
Readily available upfront about all details knowledgable about all flooring products. Installers very nice guys very helpful got the job done in the time frame specified. Communicated well throughout the process Trustworthy
