This was my first visit to Kauai Eye Institute. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The receptionist was courteous, organized and explained the registration process. Les, conducted preliminary testing and explained “next steps”. Dr. Iwasaki greeted me warmly and performed all examinations professionally, explaining procedures as we went along. Office environments were clean and welcoming. I would highly recommend Kauai Eye Institute for your eye care needs.
Dr. Yoo and the entire staff at the Kauai Eye Institute are top notch! Customer service Is over the top. Each staff member working here is gentle , caring and authentic. In all my 65 years of life on this planet have I seen a business run so professionally, with well trained staff that actually like what they do for themselves as well as the people they serve. I needed to find an eye doctor to see a family member for an eye injury. Not having an established PCP or specialize eye physician, I reached out to Kauai Eye Institute and spoke to Bricille. Bricille was very helpful and the physicians were very accommodating. I am so very grateful for everything that was done to assure us that they were doing their very best to take care of us.
