All employees are very professional and courteous and sure know their job.
This practice is awesome. The staff and caring here is exceptional, from the doctors to all the support staff. I have had cataract surgery with them and my procedures have been smooth and easy. I highly recommend them. A big shout out to Dr Chung and Bree.
This was my first visit to Kauai Eye Institute. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The receptionist was courteous, organized and explained the registration process. Les, conducted preliminary testing and explained “next steps”. Dr. Iwasaki greeted me warmly and performed all examinations professionally, explaining procedures as we went along. Office environments were clean and welcoming. I would highly recommend Kauai Eye Institute for your eye care needs.
Dr. Yoo and the entire staff at the Kauai Eye Institute are top notch! Customer service Is over the top. Each staff member working here is gentle , caring and authentic. In all my 65 years of life on this planet have I seen a business run so professionally, with well trained staff that actually like what they do for themselves as well as the people they serve.
