While the condo had a wonderful view and a nice layout, the air conditioning was out four of the six days we were there. I called repeatedly to the property management group who repeatedly made excuses that they didn't control fixing the AC and that was done by the HOA/resort. I asked for compensation given that we paid $4000 for five nights and three of those nights were miserable. Really appreciate the staff and how clean the properties are. I’ve stayed and seen many vacation rental properties on Kauai and Kauai Exclusive is cleaner than many hotels on the mainland. Thanks for the great property
