Took a couple classes here while on vacation. Never did CrossFit before, but similar style workouts. Coach was super welcoming and kind. Great gym and if I lived here this would def be my go to workout spot.
If you are looking for a new place to start your fitness journey or improve on your current one, look no further! Great intro "foundation" sessions for beginners. The coaches are top notch. The space is roomy and the equipment is newer. Overall wonderful place to train!

An open air space, so be prepared for dust but overall a good drop in session with fun people to chat with.
