Then later I got a bill for $1,351.00 because my Medicaid had been cancelled without my knowledge. A man at Kau hospital who did the medicaid paperwork asked me information about if i was a Hawaii citizen and had been in Hawaii longer than six months. I said YES, and he wrote NO.
