They aren’t trustable and before they do the work, they make you pay for it and the work they did was not satisfactory at all. My tax didn’t even go down and they still charged me for the services
I have always been quite skeptical of ads from companies with services like this... with promises of "large savings and no payments in the case of no results". However, I decided to give Katz's a shot, figure it was no risk - and I must say they delivered exactly as they promised. They kept me updated along the journey of filing the grievance, and eventually, when successful, they delivered proof of success (and I was able to validate the savings with my town directly).
