I'm extremely disappointed in the service I was provided. It was stated in a letter to me from Katz's Taxes that my tax savings would be $657.86 for which I paid $403.93. That being said, My current property tax bill for the year reflects only $53.38 in savings. Needless to say, this is insane. If there are other factors involved here, I WAS NOT informed.
