I was very lucky to find this place when going thru breast cancer. Everyone there is so kind and caring. I truly felt that they cared about everything I was going thru. Dr. Susan Beck is the best along with her whole crew. So sad to hear she is retiring she was a blessing.
I have called them SIX times in the past two weeks and no one EVER answers the phone. I have left two voicemails and no response. I need to schedule my mammogram (I had BC in 2022 so it's kind of a big deal to me). While I loved my surgeon, Dr. T., the way this clinic is managed is incredibly disappointing. I guess I'll just find another clinic. You sent me information about how to contact you. No one EVER answers the phone and no one returns my messages. So I'll just go elsewhere. Good customer service and very kind + professional healthcare staff! Beautiful interior design throughout the entire building and cozy seating areas.
