Had an appointment with this doctor and she never even came in the room. Her PA did everything, reported back to her with what she thought should be done, I was given a script and release forms to fill out. After the forms were filled out, I was to give them to the nurses. This is when I finally saw Dr. Katzin, walking down the hallway with her lunch in hand.
