Tyler at Katzer Ranch made our experience buying our home so easy and as stress free as possible. His customer service is outstanding and he is just a wonderful and kind person. You can see that he truly loves his job and helping people find their dream home. He was always updating us on the progress of our home and the closing process and was so helpful with all of our questions and any of our requests. Be extra cautious about castlerocks warranty Multiple times was stood up on a service call. My ac stopped cooling upstairs. The ac tech said he couldn’t fix that day because his vip clients would have the rest of his day. Eventually the day comes for them to come and fix it… did shey show up on time ? No …. A few hours later someone came and turned my inside ac from quite to noticeably louder. It now will not cool downstairs. Put in another warranty claim. Three and a half days later they acknowledge the claim and reach out.... read more
