Words can not express how happy I am with my experience with Dr. Katzen and his team! I am four days post op from my lasik/PRK procedures and I couldn’t be happier. great place. great experience. professional. super doctor and staff. if you're wanting lasik this is the place to go in palm beach area.
This office and the staff are wonderful; that's an understatement. I've been looking into getting lasik done for years, but always backed out at the last minute. The staff and Dr. Katzen explained all the procedure thoroughly, and I felt zero pressure when I went in for my pre-eval. They were very understanding and flexible with scheduling, and kept me informed every step of the way. I have zero regrets, and would recommend him to anyone looking to get lasik done!
For me to write a review you have to either really impress me or have pissed me off. From my first visit to my last. KATZEN Eye Care & Laser Center has 100% impressed me in every avenue of there business. Dr KATZEN is a true professional. Dr. Katzen and his staff were a pleasure to work with, and I had perfect vision within a couple of days of each of my refractive lens exchange procedures. It has now been 4 months since I had the procedures, and I am very happy that these procedures have continued to improve my vision over this time period.
