Dr Kenneth Katzen is one of the best Doctors in the Dallas Fort Worth Area. He truly loves his patients and wants what is best for them. He has been my doctor since 1988 and I will follow him across the oceans if he leaves Texas. Very professional, great manners and will tell you when you are not following his instructions as you should. Only because he does care. I think that I have one of the best doctors in the WORLD.
I became a patient of Dr. Katzen since mid 90's. In 1995 I had a heart attack. He was out of town when he learned and drove 100 miles to see me. He has cared for me with knowledge and professionalism for almost 30 years. Yes, he has scolded me when I have disregarded his instructions but I understood why. Great Doctor!
He is rude, his staff is non attentive and he does not listen to his patients.
