Went in for an apt for my one year old son to get glasses for the first time. He is far sighted, and his eyes cross when he tries to focus on things up close. Guy that helped us with glasses was great. However, our initial visit was 5 weeks ago. We were told the glasses would take 2 weeks. It is over a month, we call and call daily and NO RESPONSE to where his glasses are! My son cannot see properly! They said that they had no intentions to close due to COVID19, and they did. My son goes here and the scheduling staff to get to the Main Street office are very polite and professional. Also when going into the office it's always clean, your greeted and made to be felt welcomed. The technician that allows you to pick glasses out and attends to your glasses is very nice. He also is warm and extremely professional as well as any other staff members I have met.
The are the best, great customer service.
I went to the Katzen Eye group in Parkton for my first ever eye exam. I had a great experience from check in to ordering glasses. Nicole L was the technician that worked me up for DR. Sportelli. Nicole was so sweet and professional and I felt very comfortable with her. Dr. Sportelli was also very thorough...I just picked up my glasses last week and I can see perfectly! They are caring ;and thorough they also put you at ease if you are the least nervous ; especially if it’s your first time.I’ve been a patient of theirs for quite a few years. Just try them you will be glad you did!
Dr. Gormley is amazing, she’s always willing to fix any problem I have. She doesn’t look past anything I say she always addresses the problems or concerns I have. Tina reedy is a great tech, she’s very nice and has a great attitude. She makes you feel comfortable. The only thing I wish the office would work on is answering the phones. Whenever I call I never get a answer that’s my one complaint. Other then that they are a great office !
