I went to the Katzen Eye group in Parkton for my first ever eye exam. I had a great experience from check in to ordering glasses. Nicole L was the technician that worked me up for DR. Sportelli. Nicole was so sweet and professional and I felt very comfortable with her. Dr. Sportelli was also very thorough...I just picked up my glasses last week and I can see perfectly! They are caring ;and thorough they also put you at ease if you are the least nervous ; especially if it’s your first time.I’ve been a patient of theirs for quite a few years. Just try them you will be glad you did!
Dr. Gormley is amazing, she’s always willing to fix any problem I have. She doesn’t look past anything I say she always addresses the problems or concerns I have. Tina reedy is a great tech, she’s very nice and has a great attitude. She makes you feel comfortable. The only thing I wish the office would work on is answering the phones. Whenever I call I never get a answer that’s my one complaint. Other then that they are a great office !
I had an eye appointment today with Dr. Katz for possible glaucoma, everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Tina Reedy was fabulous. All the staff are amazing. This team in Bel Air is amazing!!! I get very scared dealing with my eyes and Esther was amazing in giving me options to not have the dilation drops. The technology is new and amazing for anyone who is concerned about their eyes. The selection of frames are beautiful and very modern. Dr. Giannas was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed.
Yesterday my son received his yearly exam. The doctor was professional, kind and prompt! Next both he and I were fitted for new glasses. The technician Howard K. was awesome! He was professional, very friendly, and helped me to save almost $70 with his recommendations. Rating...10 out of 10!!
