Dr. Katzen No Longer There. I had eye surgery at this clinic many years ago. My surgery was successful and for many years I returned for a yearly examination. At that time I had medical insurance. At this time I do not. I was told that this clinic is now under new ownership. It sounds like it has been taken over by a money grubbing bunch of scam artists to me. My son goes here and the scheduling staff to get to the Main Street office are very polite and professional. Also when going into the office it's always clean, your greeted and made to be felt welcomed. The technician that allows you to pick glasses out and attends to your glasses is very nice. He also is warm and extremely professional as well as any other staff members I have met.
The are the best, great customer service.
