I wouldn’t be able to tell you about my visit because they didn’t show up for my appointment. I had a virtual appointment and no one contacted me. I am in pain and they do not answer ANY of their phone calls or messages. Took over a month just to get in contact with them to make the appointment. And even with that, the appointment was 5 weeks away. And NOTHING. I have called over 10 times, left a numerous amount of messages for them and no one contacts me. After visiting nearly a dozen doctors related to diagnosing and treating FMD, I finally decided to drive 4 hours to Dr. Katzen. It was the best drive I've ever made. He (and has wonderful team) are detail oriented, thoughtful, and experienced.
