From the minute I walked in the hospital for surgery every single person I spoke with were all so nice and just amazing! I also have to give credit to my Dr. Schneider who did an amazing job on my surgery and a great team that he had with him! They all went above and beyond. Thank you so much all of you
Terrible experience. Nurses are all so nice but the hospitals time frame was really bad. I had a scheduled c-section at 10am for them to push it to 12pm and then to be taken in at 2pm. Told I’d be in recovery for 2-3hrs and it’s been 5hrs going on 6hrs that I’m still in recovery. I had family come to visit and they weren’t even permitted to wait in the waiting room. They waited 9hours in a lobby. It’s 8pm I’m Still in recovery. Very disorganized and very disappointed.
I had the most wonderful experience yesterday with my nurse Maureen. I was instructed by my OB to come get checked out for some concerning symptoms and instead of the ER department she told me to come here. From the moment I walked in the door to check in I felt prioritized. I was called within a few mins of check in by my nurse Maureen who explained every step of what to expect as I was there after hearing my symptoms. Absolutely incredible hospital. I was admitted Monday night for severe high blood pressure, and was induced at 38 weeks. Yes, that part sucked. I was also on magnesium drip which was hell. HOWEVER, everything else was perfect. Staff: super nice, attentive, held my hand, cheered me on during delivery. Incredible. Kind. Rooms: had my own room, delivering environment was calm, they welcomed and treated my family with respect. Food: soooo good !!!
