This is my first time visiting this hospital, came into visit my new born niece due to my work I came to visit after hour. I’ve explained front desk that I’m a first responder and I would like to see my family I was told NO! I believe there’s some courtesy could have shown. I have paid parking fees at the lot as well.

Most of the staff here are great. The doctors took some good decisions when my wife went into labor and some of the nurses took great care of my wife and newborn. One thing that totally soured our experience here was with a particular transport personnel when we were leaving the hospital. My wife was to be brought out on the wheelchair and the person who was assigned to her made the ride on the wheelchair extremely bumpy and did not show any consideration for her situation. To make things worse she was impatient as I was bri... read more

My wife delivered here. Every single step of this process was awful. The nurses are rude and have attitudes. The doctors are aloof and all over the place. I am shocked we made it out of here without any major issues with our child’s health. We have delivered at 4 other hospitals (LI and NYC) and have had much better experiences. This hospital is a chop shop. If you are scheduled to deliver here, please, it’s not too late to change your plans. I urge you to do so.

I gave birth to my second baby here a little over a month ago and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everyone who took care of me from the security guards, receptionists, nurses, MAs, PAs, doctors and anesthesiologists were all so pleasant. I was originally scheduled for a c-section and met the anesthesiologist and his team and they were really nice and comforting but then Dr. Reese came and flipped my baby within 2 minutes. She’s amazing and made it seem effortless! It took me a while to dilate after that but ev... read more

If I could give this hospital a 0 I would. My mom was on the 5th floor. The nurses and staff left her in her urine all day, naked in a room with men and couldn’t be bothered to feed her. Mind you she needed help eating and could not walk to go to bathroom. Whatever you do don’t go to this hospital the staff are rude and will leave you to die.
