Terrible bedside manner. Brought my mother (80's) here. Dr. Katz was verbally aggressive and didn't seem to take her concerns too seriously. Never went back after the 1st visit.
My sister has Dr Katz as her primary care physician through a UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage PPO. She tried 5 times to set her first appointment and was disconnected twice and never able to set an appointment. Total attempted contact time for her was over 2 hours. The office staff did nothing.
Dr Terri Katz is my primary physician. She is very nice, knowledgeable and Responsible.
