Hiring this person was the worst legal decision I ever made. Poor communication, and he frequently did not appear in court, having his associates appear in his stead. When I initially met Mr. Katz he asked if he had been referred. He hadn't been. If I ever have legal issues again I'll certainly use the State Bar of California to ensure that the legal team has a good reputation. And yes, Mr. Katz, I met you at your Sacramento office.
Anyone on here saying Stewart doesn't listen and is rude I would bet you are rude and probably had a terrible case. I have worked with Stewart on a case for 3 years and he has been nothing but fantastic. Always answers and is a fantastic attorney. I have seen him destroy the opposite attorneys and would recommend to anyone who wants a very knowledgeable and skilled attorney.
