Had a 10am appt today waited almost 1 hour in the exam room finally asked and was told she was seeing a new patient, very disrespectful of my time, the doctor is a good doctor, but her staff at times very disrespectful, no apologies, just told me that's what you expect when you have an appointment, I just had major surgery, and wanted to see dr Katz, but unfortunately it did not happen. Walked out in frustration

When you have or are in remission from cancer, you want quality care. I love my doctor, her staff and the office in the hospital (Jersey Shore Med. Ctr.) where I see her, to the point of being willing to drive an hour, since moving to a county much further away just to continue receiving said QUALITY care. Thank you Dr. Katz for making me feel heard and cared for!!!
