This is my first time meeting Dr Katz and his team. He was highly recommended by my sister, Esperanza Dejour. All the staff were pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable.
When we arrived reception told us are appointment was canceled because they tried calling me to confirm the day before but could not get in contact with me. That kind of policy is very strange, after giving some pushback they were able to see us. Being that reception is your first interaction I think it was a total miss how they handled the situation.
The waiting time between tests, before seeing the doctor was way too long.
