Didn't like him at all... he was completely rushing my 9 year old when he was trying to read the letters while doing the eye exam and stating that my son wasn't even trying. When I asked questions he would look at me and answer me Sarcastically, as if I should already know the answers. Just straight unprofessional. Will not be going back to Neil Katz.
