It was a great experience. he listened and immediately diagnosed my child correctly and treated him promptly.
I had seen several different neurologists with my child. Dr Katz spent time with us and accurately diagnosed and treated him.
I had an initial appt in person which went fine. I actually liked the doctor. They informed me that the follow up would be virtual- which I was ok with but When it was time to schedule the follow up they told me I have to pay out of pocket for the follow up $275 and submit to my own insurance (which I may or may not get reimbursed for). She “thought she told me”. She absolutely 100% never told me that. I asked if I could talk to the doctor about it and she told me no bc the doctor won’t talk to me about insurance or billing ... read more
This doctor is difficult to work with . He does not respond to phone calls in a timely manner and does not work well with school staff . He often disregards observations that are reported by parents and or school staff .
Was my doctor when I used to live in jersey. Great doc!
