Our original appointment was for Wednesday at 10 am. They told us he was in a meeting and it would take a little bit and we said that that was fine. About 25-30 minutes later I ask if it’ll be much longer, since our original appt was at 10, his secretary said no, that he should be done soon. Around 10:40 we decided to reschedule. marcel Katz is a world class lawyer
Respectfully, I think he may have dementia (and I am a diagnosing clinician). He didn't file necessary paperwork, kept forgetting what my case was about, forgot me on a meeting phone call and had no ability to pull it together once he realized he didn't know what we going on, and he charged me $1,200 for a court date that got rescheduled because he got stuck in traffic!
