This guy is arrogant as hell and cocky for the sake of being just that. And He's a scam artist. I received a letter pertaining to a traffic violation. The letter indicates that he charges a flat rate of $150. So I call him. We speak and he changes the flat rate to $250. Then when I call him on it he gets an attitude and tells me I can find someone else if I choose to.
