Our experience with David has been a positive one. From the 1st day I contacted him. He answered me immediately. I called many places and alot of Attorneys didn't even return my call. David even worked over the weekend to help get our situation moving. We really appreciate his advice and speaking with him. He seemed to really understand what we were dealing with and helped calm the storm.
I called this firm to verify a possible debt collection message. Instead of receiving help, I was met with an attitude. If you expect people to take your business seriously, improving phone etiquette and customer service would be a good start.
We had a problem involving a noise issue that made sleeping in our house at night almost impossible. To compound it, the noise was controlled by a Local Municipality that refused to turn off the sound at night. They would not work with us and we were forced to get legal representation. I called and didn't realize it was him and I thought it was going to be to leave a message so it was kind of funny and we both laughed. Explain what's going on You want me to email him with everything and then I explain my situation that I would like it to be in contingent and he said he couldn't do it and we were talking and the next thing I know he "hung up"on me.
