After waiting months; I was finally scheduled for October 2020; the receptionist argued with me about my HC being expired - which was allowed under the Province's emergency act. We went back and forth and she finally accepted this. Then they cancelled my appointment the day before. They called me back and booked for December 2020 and then cancelled citing that the clinic was closed for Covid exposure. Absolutely bad listener and lacks professional courtesy. Certainly not recommended. Educated people would know right after first interaction that he doesn’t deserve to be practicing.
My appointment was for 10am. By the time he arrived it was 10:45am. I got into the room at 11pm. Already an hour late. He makes sure to have his coffee and when he is ready to start the appointment, he grabs his paper and pen and starts to ask redundant questions and spends more time writing his notes than asking questions and when he is over all his notes another 40mins has passed and only spends 5mins actually examining me all to just book me for another appointment a month later. Doctor was 1 hour late coming to work. I had to leave.
Dr. Katz and his staff went above and beyond each time I visited. On my 1st visit, I was so impressed at how he took his time to get to know me and my symptoms and my reason for seeing him. He asked all the appropriate questions and didn't waste my time, nor his. He was very thorough and didn't rush me in and out. Proper testing and diagnosis was given in a timely manner and a I couldn't be happier. Happy patient here! How wonderful it would be if all Dr's were so thorough! Thanks Dr Katz and staff!
