From reception to discharge I had a first class experience. Reception staff were very pleasant and professional, providing all payment and administrative information upfront. The nurses were just brilliant, explaining all details and ensuring my understanding. And Dr Katz and the anaesthetist were just great, providing a clear explanation of the procedure. The setting is calm yet efficient. Highly recommended.
Dr Katz is a lovely and knowledgable professional. His staff are awesome, informative and a delight to interact with
Dr Katz & most of the team are great, however I dread calling the centre as the receptionist is rude & abrupt. The slightest thing is just too much effort for her. I am considering going elsewhere in the future.
