Daniel arrived on time to replace my furnace. His team was efficient and he explained the advantages of the newer unit. I’ve used Katy’s Air for many years, quickly responsive and fairly priced work.
We are so happy we discovered Daniel. He is very responsive and easy to contact. He’s honest, reliable and extremely knowledgeable. We can’t recommend him highly enough. He’s become the go to A/C- heating person for many in our neighborhood now.
Our AC unit unexpectedly stopped working, and when we called in the evening, they promptly shared our options for a service visit. No one wants to go to bed hot, and they responded quickly, coming out that same night once we decided to proceed.
