I had a nasal surgery with Dr. Katyal in 2017 to correct my very bad breathing, especially while sleeping. I would wake up at least twice a night. The surgery was a very good decision. My breathing has been outstanding since.
I had an amazing experience with Dr. Katyal and his front desk, Manuela. After breaking my nose, I could only breathe out of one nostril. I was originally referred to another ENT at St. Joseph’s who told me it would take 1.5 years to get surgery—and even after waiting the full 1.5 years, I never heard back from them. Extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Anil Katyal’s office. I went out of my way and waited months for an ENT referral, only to receive no follow-up or communication whatsoever. While Dr. Katyal himself was professional during the appointment, his office staff and administration are completely unresponsive. I was told they would arrange a surgery appointment, but after six months, I have never been contacted. He is a great dr and dose amazing job .I had a partial thyroidectomy a week ago and scar is healing great its barley noticeable. If I ever need the other side removed I knoe who I am going to .
