I took my husband to Katya Vineyards for his birthday this weekend. This was our first experience dining there. I spoke with Katherine over the phone before we visited. She was incredibly kind, enthusiastic and personable. When we arrived at the restaurant, everyone was so welcoming (including other patrons). This is one of the finest restaurants at Ocala. The Chef Tasting Menú is so creative and the selected items are so delicious. Chef Tony will create the night experience which could change by nights! The Wagyu filet and the wrapped duck breast are two excellent choices of the regular and daily menú. The Wine List is endless.
Kat always has a welcoming smile and always makes us feel right at home. Aaron always makes sure every drink is perfect from the bar to the table. Let’s not forget about Tony’s creations in the kitchen are amazing and one of a kind. This is an unforgettable experience every time.
