The doctor are amazing, but the front desk and billing department are horirble. When i went for my visit they dont know that i have a co-pay, and I over paid them and call back and asked about it but they never call me back regarding to the payment that i overpaid. And now 7 months later they send me a bill saying that i still owes them copay money and I call to talk to them they said they didnt see any payments while i pull out my credit card charge it show it was charge on the date of my visit, to their offics.
Dr. E is amazing it is a very busy but the staff is amazingly kind and patient. Dr. E is a great listener and thorough. I recommend this office of you are seeking top notch care for all your womanly needs
The staff at Katy Women’s Pelvic Health are amazing! Even when my appointment mix-up happened, they made time to see me. Dr. E and her assistant were thorough, kind, and really listened. She explained everything, was so gentle, and gave me the most comfortable exam I’ve had in 62 years. From the front desk to the doctor, everyone was wonderful! Two thumbs up & 5 stars
Dr. E is so kind and professional. She listened to all my concerns and had an answer to all my questions. She made sure I was happy with my medications. Her staff is so helpful and make the visit go quickly and efficiently. I am so glad I found Dr E!
